Tom Goodmanson, President and CEO of Calabrio, has more than 20 years of experience leading fast growing dynamic software and technology companies. Since assuming the CEO position in 2009, Tom is credited with reinventing the company and its culture around a strategy to expand value and reach through new, innovative products, and remarkable customer experiences. Addressing the market need for simpler solutions to complex customer interaction challenges, Tom’s vision to redefine the standard for software ease-of-use has been instrumental in making Calabrio one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.
Prior to his role at Calabrio, Tom was a senior leader in several successful technology-based companies, including Gelco Information Network and Magenic Technologies. Tom currently holds a board seat at Virteva.
Tom has a B.S. degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
Jenny Kray, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for leading Calabrio’s finance, legal and IT teams. Jenny drives financial decision-making, long range planning, and contributes strategically to Calabrio’s overall business growth objectives. She has more than 20 years of experience in finance and back-office operations at global technology and SaaS organizations that were heavily involved in M&A activity. Most recently, Jenny served as VP-Finance, Corporate Controller at SPS Commerce—a leader in cloud-based supply chain management solutions—where she was responsible for global accounting, treasury and leading the financial due diligence and related integration of two international acquisitions. Prior to her role at SPS, she was CFO at Network Instruments after holding leadership positions at Compellent Technologies and Secure Computing before they were acquired. She started her career in public accounting at KPMG. Jenny has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin with a specialization in Spanish from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.
Matt Matsui, Senior Vice President, Products & Strategy at Calabrio, oversees company-wide go-to-market efforts. Matt joined Calabrio with more than 25 years of experience leading product and marketing organizations for a broad range of companies, including ACNielsen, Cognos, Fair Isaac and numerous early stage analytics firms. Through this experience, Matt has developed a keen sense for growing markets with a heavy emphasis on big data and business analytics. Prior to joining the Calabrio team, Matt was a managing partner for Veralytics, a predictive sales and marketing analytics and product insights company. Matt’s proficiency is bringing to market scalable and flexible analytics solutions that integrate communication streams, giving business the ability to launch powerful intelligence strategies in a simple way. He holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland, a master’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from University of Southern California.
Brian Humenansky, Senior Vice President of Product Development for Calabrio, has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software engineering and management. He has led teams and initiatives around new development methodologies, quality strategies, globalization and business intelligence (BI) development. Before joining Calabrio, Brian held positions as Global Director and Vice President of Product Development at Lawson Software, where he was responsible for global development activities for the Lawson Business Intelligence product line and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. Prior to Lawson, Brian was Global Director of Software Development for Cognos Corporation, where he led software development for the performance management division, with global responsibilities for development, product direction and strategy. Brian also has extensive experience in innovation patents, technology integration through mergers and acquisitions, and offshore strategies. Brian has a B.A. degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dale Bastian is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Calabrio. Dale is responsible for building and supporting the Calabrio channel partner network and managing Calabrio’s global consulting and sales teams. Dale has more than 30 years of sales and leadership experience in the technology and telecommunications industries, and has a profound ability to achieve high-growth in fast-paced markets. Prior to joining the team at Calabrio, Dale served as General Manager and Vice President of Sales for AOptix Technologies, where he helped increase revenue substantially. Prior to AOptix, Dale was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at 2Wire Corporation. Dale also served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Polycom Corporation, where he developed their global channel base to 65% of the worldwide videoconferencing market in under a year.
Charles Burnett, Vice President of Customer Success at Calabrio, oversees Calabrio Support Services, Calabrio Professional Services and Calabrio Learning Center. Charles is a customer-centric and highly engaged people leader with more than 20 years of experience in leading customer service operations for growing software and technology companies. Prior to joining Calabrio, Charles served as Senior Vice President at Healthland, a healthcare IT company that was acquired by Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. Prior to Healthland, Charles held several positions at McKesson Provider Technologies, where he led teams of hundreds of IT professionals providing professional services, implementation and development, and consulting services across multiple business units in hospitals across North America. Charles has extensive experience in large scale system implementation programs, services methodology and new services product development, employee leadership development and coaching, financial management rigor from P&L to the project level, and business performance turnaround initiatives. Charles has a B.S. degree in International Business from St. Cloud State University.
As Vice President of Strategic Platforms at Calabrio, Ross Daniels is responsible for Calabrio’s strategic technology and platform integrations. Ross identifies key growth opportunities through platform partner development and corresponding product integration programs. He also manages the integration of acquired technologies into the Calabrio ONE suite to create best-of-breed solutions. With nearly 25 years of marketing, product marketing and product management experience in technology and telecommunications, Ross brings extensive expertise to Calabrio. He spent 18 years at Cisco where he most recently served as the Senior Director of Collaboration Marketing for Cisco’s nearly $5B Collaboration business. There, he oversaw product positioning, solution messaging, collateral, channel engagement and go-to-market activities for Unified Communications, Conferencing, Telephony and Video Endpoints, and Customer Care/Contact Center. While at Cisco, Ross partnered with Calabrio to bring Calabrio’s WFO solutions into customers’ contact centers. Ross is also a seasoned speaker, having presented at numerous industry events including Voicecon/Enterprise Connect, Wireless Enterprise Symposium, Enterprise 2.0, Dreamforce, Frost & Sullivan Customer Contact, IWCE, Customer Interact, Cisco Collaboration Summit, and Cisco Live. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
As Vice President of Marketing at Calabrio, Rebecca is responsible for lead generation and pipeline marketing, content strategy, customer marketing, and corporate communications. An unflappable veteran of Minnesota’s emerging technology industry with nearly 20 years of experience, Rebecca has been entrusted with millions in venture capital and the formidable task of building lead funnels, and differentiating and positioning entrepreneurial brands. Most recently, Rebecca was Director of Integrated Marketing for Code42—a data protection and security company—where she fueled a content-driven lead-gen strategy, customer engagement/advocacy and communications initiatives. Prior, Rebecca held marketing leadership roles at Trissential, Stellent, and Oracle. Rebecca holds a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin.
