A People-First Culture: Calabrio Named a Top Workplace by Star Tribune

As a result of that feedback, Calabrio has been named a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune for the fourth year in a row.

Of the more than 2,000 companies that were invited to enter, Calabrio was ranked 13th on the midsize company list. The award recognizes the best workplaces in Minnesota based on engagement, organizational health and employee satisfaction. The reason this recognition is so special is that results are determined solely on employee responses. We are thrilled that our employees believe in Calabrio’s mission and feel valued, heard, and know that they are our top priority.

Building our “all in” culture didn’t happen overnight. We needed to build a brand that was a leader in the market and trusted by our customers, and the very foundation of that success is every single employee who passes through our doors. From multiple opportunities to give back to our local community to student loan repayment programs, our focus is on the well-being of the whole person, not just the project manager, marketer or developer. We believe we’ve successfully built that culture, and we are grateful for the validation from our employees.
