Calabrio Named a 2015 Top Workplace for Second Consecutive Year
Exceptional employees and a strong company culture help propel Calabrio to new levels of growth and excellence
Minneapolis, MN — June 16, 2015 — Calabrio, a leading provider of contact center workforce optimization (WFO) and analytics software, has been named one of the “Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota” by the Star Tribune. This is the second consecutive year that Calabrio has received the prestigious honor, which is based on confidential employee questionnaire responses.
Calabrio President and CEO Tom Goodmanson credits Calabrio’s innovative workforce and strong company culture with driving major transformations in the way companies gather and convert customer data into easy-to-access knowledge. The end result is better decision-making, better customer service and more growth opportunities for customers.
“We have received a number of honors for growth and vision in the past few years, none of which would have been possible without our extraordinary employees,” said Goodmanson. “Of all the awards Calabrio has received, this one means the most to me personally because it is the direct result of how employees feel about working here. Our people are engaged, energized and positive, which is reflected in our culture, products and customer service. We are committed to continually cultivating our workplace to be a place where great people thrive.”
Earlier in 2015 Calabrio was the only Work Force Optimization (WFO) vendor to be named a visionary by the Gartner Magic Quadrant report for the third consecutive year. Other recent distinguished honors for Calabrio include:
- Calabrio named a “Hot Vendor” by Ventana Research (Jan. 8, 2015)
- Calabrio Receives 2015 CUSTOMER Magazine Product of the Year Award (Jan. 6, 2015)
- Calabrio Receives Growing Software Company Award at the 2014 Tekne Awards (Nov. 14, 2014)
- Calabrio Named a 2014 Top Workplace by the Star Tribune (June 16, 2014)
Produced by the same team that compiles the 24-year-old Star Tribune 100 report of the best-performing public companies in Minnesota, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction. The analysis included responses from more than 58,600 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
