Calabrio Software Names Vice President of Sales for Worldwide Channels
Minneapolis, MN — February 27, 2007 — Calabrio Software, a leading provider of customer
interaction and workforce optimization software, today announced that it has appointed Ralph Flamini as vice president of sales for worldwide channels. The position is newly created as Calabrio, the new products division of Spanlink Communications, focuses on expanding distribution channels for its software.
Flamini brings more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and software
industries. Prior to joining Calabrio, Flamini served as Cisco Systems’ senior manager of partner business development for the Contact Center Business Unit. Flamini was responsible for building an expanded partner program for the resale of Cisco hardware, software and professional services. His efforts resulted in a $100 million increase in partner-related sales over a four-year period. Flamini was also the regional manager for Contact Center Sales at Cisco for the Northeast and Canada. Over a three year period, he grew sales from $10 million to $25 million.

As vice president of worldwide channels, Flamini will be responsible for creating a strategic
channel program for Calabrio products, including Calabrio Quality Management (formerly Spanlink Quality Management), Calabrio Workforce Management, Calabrio business management products, as well as key Agent/Supervisor Desktop applications that are distributed through Cisco Systems, Inc. He also will be responsible for recommending aligned resources and actively pursuing leading channel partners that can combine Calabrio’s products with their market insight and service delivery capabilities.
