With Calabrio Customer Connect (C3) 2018 fast approaching, we’re highlighting a few of our customer presenters on the Calabrio blog in a Speaker Spotlight series.

Q: What are you most looking forward to for C3 2018 and why?

Crysta: I am most looking forward to speaking with others to learn their best practices. As our culture continues to grow and improve, using the experiences and helpful hints of others can help take us to the next level.

Q: What are you passionate about?

Crysta: I am passionate about working in the “grey area”, WFM is not always black and white. Superior Propane operates on seasonal changes which creates challenges and sometimes forces innovative thinking to ensure we are running smoothly. I love taking on the challenge of identifying those problems, and creating a solution that both benefits the company, and the on floor staff.

Q: Why should people attend your session, Intraday Management in Action? What will they learn?

Crysta: My hope is that people attending our session can see the evolution and successful growth Superior Propane has had with Intraday Management. As a new team to the company, we have faced many hurdles and obstacles that have shown us “what not to do” and what work-arounds are available. Since implementing Calabrio, we have transitioned to being proactive instead of reactive. Intraday Management in Action will be a presentation for even the newest analysts on how having flexible/dynamic skills to support the contact center is essential.

Q: The theme of this year’s conference is Amplify the Connection. What’s one song you’d love to hear amplified at the C3 customer appreciation party?

Crysta: ABBA’s “Take a chance on me.”
