des principales tendances commerciales pour 2016. Les enqu\u00eates montrent que 3 organisations sur 4 consid\u00e8rent d\u00e9sormais le centre de contact comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de diff\u00e9renciation, et non plus comme un simple centre de co\u00fbts.
