Trente-deux pour cent des agents affirment que les demandes et les exigences des clients deviendront de plus en plus complexes au cours des deux ou trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, et 45 % des employ\u00e9s des centres de contact affirment que les clients continueront d&rsquo;attendre davantage de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si les marques ne tiennent pas compte de ces complexit\u00e9s, elles manquent l&rsquo;occasion de d\u00e9passer les attentes des clients.
