De 4.000 agenten beantwoorden elk jaar ongeveer negen miljoen vragen van klanten. Voor een effici\u00ebnte, omnichannel klantenservice wordt het conversatieplatform ACE Premium Cloud gebruikt, zodat klanten kunnen kiezen via welk kanaal ze met Telia-agenten willen communiceren: per telefoon, e-mail, chat of social media-kanalen. Interacties tussen agenten en klanten zijn multidimensionaal en vallen zowel onder typische klantenservicevragen als onder verzoeken om technische ondersteuning.
