effectiviteit van de processen van een contactcentrum zowel de vreugde als de ondergang betekenen voor de klanttevredenheid.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Daarom herziet en verbetert Canada&#8217;s grootste propaanleverancier sinds 1951 &#8211; Superior<a href=\"https:\/\/www.superiorpropane.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Propane &#8211; voortdurend<\/a>de operationele processen die door zijn contactcentra worden gebruikt. En wanneer ze gebieden zien die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn, handelen ze snel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dat is precies wat er gebeurde toen de contactcenters van Superior Propane, die telefoontjes, e-mails, faxen en vragen van klanten via het &#8220;<sup>mySUPERIORTM<\/sup>&#8221; webportaal verwerken, de klantenbinding wilden verhogen en de gemiddelde afhandeltijd (AHT) wilden verlagen: ze schakelden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calabrio.com\/nl\/producten\/interactie-analyse\/\">Calabrio Analytics<\/a> in om een diepgaand inzicht te krijgen in hoe de huidige processen de klantervaring be\u00efnvloedden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wat ze ontdekten waren de mogelijkheden om de empowerment van agenten te vergroten, een aantal belangrijke processen te verbeteren en de training van agenten te verbeteren. En dat is precies wat ze deden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bijvoorbeeld:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dankzij een vernieuwd en gestroomlijnd interactief voice response (IVR)-systeem kunnen bellers die hun service willen opzeggen sneller de goed opgeleide, mondigere Customer Care-medewerkers bereiken die bevoegd zijn om met hen te onderhandelen.<\/li>\n<li>Als een levering wordt gemist, kunnen agenten klanten nu veel eerder op de dag proactief op de hoogte stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Om de klantervaring te stroomlijnen en historische context en continu\u00efteit te behouden, worden bellers die herhaaldelijk bellen telkens met dezelfde agent verbonden.<\/li>\n<li>Agenten kunnen beginnen met het invullen van nieuwe logsjablonen zodra ze contact maken met een klant.<\/li>\n<li>Een nieuw peer-to-peer model zorgt ervoor dat agenten met elkaar samenwerken, zodat ze gemakkelijker tips en inzichten kunnen uitwisselen.<\/li>\n<li>Zowel nieuwe als bestaande agenten krijgen les in bewezen manieren om hun productiviteit te verhogen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Verbeteringen zoals deze resulteerden in onmiddellijke, tastbare bedrijfswaarde voor Superior Propane, en daarom hebben we het bedrijf uitgeroepen tot een van de winnaars <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calabrio.com\/de\/press\/calabrio-gibt-die-gewinner-der-one-awards-und-des-analyse-wettbewerbs-auf-der-global-conference-bekannt\/\">in Calabrio&#8217;s inaugurele Analytics Awards-wedstrijd die eind 2019<\/a> werd gehouden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Het eerstelijnspersoneel van het bedrijf verbeterde bijvoorbeeld de FCR (First Contact Resolution) drastisch binnen slechts drie maanden na het doorvoeren van de veranderingen. En nieuwkomers voldoen nu binnen een paar weken aan de vereiste AHT, in tegenstelling tot de maanden die het voorheen kostte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Door onze AHT met slechts 30 seconden per gesprek te verlagen, kunnen we dagelijks 150 vragen van klanten beantwoorden met hetzelfde team, waardoor onze klantervaring verbetert&#8221;, zegt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/alex-wozniak-ca\/?originalSubdomain=ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Alex Wozniak<\/a>, directeur klantervaring van Superior Propane.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dus hoe hebben ze het gedaan?
