(CX). Sterker nog, 72 procent van de bedrijven zegt dat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forrester.com\/72+Of+Businesses+Name+Improving+Customer+Experience+Their+Top+Priority\/-\/E-PRE9109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">het verbeteren van<\/a> de klantervaring bovenaan het lijstje staat om zaken te laten groeien. Het is duidelijk dat klanten merken aanzetten tot transformatie en veel organisaties wenden zich tot technologie om de nodige CX-verbeteringen door te voeren. Klanten nemen echter nog steeds de telefoon op: uit recente rapporten blijkt dat het aantal telefoontjes naar contactcenters in de afgelopen 18 maanden met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calabrio.com\/contact-center-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">39 procent<\/a> is gestegen.   <\/p>\n<p>Vandaag de dag vertrouwen contactcentra voornamelijk op enqu\u00eates na een telefoongesprek en focusgroepen om het sentiment van de klant vast te stellen. Deze nieuwe oplossing levert nauwkeurige en zinvolle meetgegevens over klantbetrokkenheid. De technologie levert automatisch een sentimentscore voor elke gesproken klantinteractie, zodat de organisatie de verkoop kan verbeteren, marketingstrategie\u00ebn kan verbeteren en product- of operationele veranderingen kan doorvoeren. De ingenieurs van Calabrio ontdekten zelfs dat de Sentimentanalyse van Calabrio resultaten opleverde die 25 procent nauwkeuriger waren dan die van IBM Watson.   <\/p>\n<p>Traditionele processen om inzicht te krijgen in het klantsentiment zijn vervelend en zorgen er vaak voor dat bedrijven het complete plaatje van hun klantverhaal niet kunnen zien. Uit ons recente rapport <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calabrio.com\/business-transformation-analytics-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">over bedrijfstransformatie en analytics<\/a> blijkt dat veel leidinggevenden de schat aan klantgegevens die ze tot hun beschikking hebben onvoldoende benutten &#8211; iets minder dan de helft van de respondenten (39 procent) geeft toe dat ze te veel vertrouwen op \u00e9\u00e9n enkel gegevenspunt.
