Het is een geweldige use case en een geweldig voorbeeld van een innovatief bedrijf dat Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) gebruikt om goed werk te leveren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Over CCaaS gesproken &#8230; velen onder jullie herinneren zich waarschijnlijk nog dat Amazon vorig jaar zijn nieuwe CCaaS-aanbod &#8220;Amazon Connect&#8221; onthulde op Enterprise Connect. Het maakte veel indruk en bracht aan het licht wat een cloud-gebaseerde aanpak kan doen voor drukke contact centers zoals die van Amazon. Amazon blijft Amazon Connect in hoog tempo innoveren en voegde onlangs nieuwe mogelijkheden toe zoals geautomatiseerd uitgaand bellen en gefedereerde eenmalige aanmelding (SSO) met behulp van SAML 2.0.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hier bij Calabrio is cloud-gebaseerde technologie zoals CCaaS een cruciaal onderdeel van onze go-to-market strategie, wat een van de redenen is dat we algemeen worden beschouwd als de &#8220;gekozen&#8221; oplossing voor personeelsoptimalisatie voor CCaaS door leveranciers die zijn opgenomen als &#8220;leiders&#8221; in het meest recente CCaaS Magic Quadrant van Gartner. Het groeiende belang van CCaaS is de reden waarom we in deze tweede en laatste &#8220;Countdown to Enterprise Connect&#8221; blog hebben besloten om de aantrekkingskracht en belofte van CCaaS nader te bekijken. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>CCaaS-Meer dan het zoveelste Gimmicky Tech Acroniem<\/h2>\n<p>Contact center as a service wordt meestal gedefinieerd als een platform dat wordt geleverd als gehoste oplossing via de cloud. Gartner verfijnt die definitie nog verder door op te merken dat klanten een maandabonnement betalen voor CCaaS en dat leveranciers met CCaaS een &#8220;sterkere focus leggen op servicemogelijkheden, niet alleen op productfunctionaliteit.&#8221;<sup>1<\/sup> <\/p>\n<p>Het is een grote en groeiende markt, deels dankzij de snellere inzetbaarheid en flexibiliteit van CCaaS en marktfactoren die de behoefte aan een beter herstel na rampen en een betere naleving van informatiegerelateerde mandaten stimuleren &#8211; beide kunnen door CCaaS worden geleverd. MarketsandMarkets schat zelfs dat de markt voor cloudgebaseerde contactcenters zal groeien van 5,43 miljard dollar in 2016 tot 15,67 miljard dollar in 2021, met een samengesteld jaarlijks groeipercentage (CAGR) van 23,6 procent<sup>.2<\/sup> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De voordelen van CCaaS zijn talrijk, maar ze komen meestal neer op vier hoofdcategorie\u00ebn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Grotere flexibiliteit.<\/strong>  Met CCaaS kunnen managers eenvoudig agents toevoegen, zich snel aanpassen aan veranderingen en de functionaliteit uitbreiden zonder afhankelijk te zijn van schaarse IT-resources of nieuwe apparatuur aan te schaffen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meer naadloze schaalbaarheid.<\/strong>  Met CCaaS kunnen bedrijven hun activiteiten eenvoudiger naar behoefte opschalen of terugschalen om te voldoen aan cyclische eisen of onverwachte pieken in het interactievolume.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verhoogde operationele wendbaarheid.<\/strong>  De grotere flexibiliteit en naadloze schaalbaarheid die we net bespraken, zorgen samen voor een bijkomend voordeel van CCaaS: verhoogde operationele wendbaarheid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opex-budgettering en -planning.<\/strong>  Net als andere cloudoplossingen elimineert CCaaS de noodzaak voor grote budgetaanvragen voor kapitaaluitgaven &#8211; een zeer cashvriendelijke zet voor de C-suite &#8211; omdat het de financi\u00eble last verschuift van een kapitaalbudgetuitgave naar een operationele uitgave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contact center as a service maakt de kracht van een modern contact center echt beschikbaar voor elk bedrijf, ongeacht budget of technische expertise.
