bezighield met het oplossen van problemen van klanten. Met functies zoals analytics hebben veel merken echter ontdekt dat het contactcenter in feite in de frontlinie staat van het beheren en cultiveren van klantrelaties. Klanten gaan zelfs op zoek naar merken met een betere klantervaring.
