verbeteren en de resultaten controleren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In het huidige tijdperk van big data vormen de toegang tot gegevens en het effectieve gebruik ervan om strategische bedrijfsinitiatieven te stimuleren en een uitzonderlijke klantervaring te bieden, belangrijke uitdagingen voor bedrijven. Een analyse van IDC voorspelt dat de big data-markt dit jaar een waardering van $150,8 miljard zal bereiken en in 2020 de $210 miljard zal overschrijden. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cgma.org\/resources\/reports\/joining-the-dots.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">32 procent<\/a> van de leidinggevenden zegt echter dat de enorme hoeveelheden gegevens de zaken alleen maar erger hebben gemaakt, waardoor bedrijven moeite hebben om klantgegevens om te zetten in effectieve verkoop- en retentiestrategie\u00ebn.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Het krachtige WFO-aanbod van Calabrio helpt klanten inzichten vast te leggen, te analyseren en te benutten om zakelijke beslissingen te stimuleren en de klantervaring te verbeteren.
