Deze bedrijven transformeren de hele klantervaring en we zijn verheugd om samen met hen deze reis te maken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De winnaars van de ONE Awards zijn onder andere:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DE OPTIMIZER &#8211; LendingClub<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sinds 2007 heeft LendingClub miljoenen mensen geholpen hun schulden onder controle te krijgen, hun kleine bedrijfjes te laten groeien en te investeren voor de toekomst. Door Calabrio ONE te gebruiken om de effici\u00ebntie van hun team voor het beoordelen van kredietaanvragen te verhogen, kon LendingClub het aantal kredietbeslissingen per uur verhogen en zo de doorlooptijd voor kredietnemers verkorten. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DE GLOBETROTTER &#8211; Essenti\u00eble oli\u00ebn van Young Living<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Young Living Essential Oils heeft een enorme groei doorgemaakt in de Verenigde Staten en de rest van de wereld, van een paar contactcentra en een paar honderd agenten tot meer dan 900 agenten in zeven landen. In 2018 lanceerde Young Living Calabrio ONE in verschillende wereldwijde markten om verschillende agenttalen, vaardigheidstoewijzingen en planningen te beheren. Met behulp van Calabrio beheert Young Living snel en eenvoudig de personeelsbehoeften en blijft de kernwaarde &#8220;member-first&#8221; hoog in het vaandel staan.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DE CONVERTER &#8211; Paychex, Inc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Paychex stapte over van drie ongelijksoortige workforce management (WFM) tools naar Calabrio ONE en lanceerde de WFM-oplossing naar nieuwe teams binnen het bedrijf om het governance- en standaardisatieproces te vereenvoudigen en het bedrijf vooruit te helpen. Vandaag de dag wordt Calabrio ONE gebruikt door meer dan 1000 werknemers in meerdere divisies en er zijn plannen voor toekomstige groei. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DE TRAILBLAZER &#8211; Sequential Technology International (STI)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sinds de lancering van het Calabrio ONE cloud platform heeft STI het voortouw genomen bij het implementeren en stimuleren van innovatie door de mogelijkheden van het platform te integreren met de operationele behoeften van hun complexe Customer Experience business. Door de samenwerking met Calabrio heeft STI prestaties en planning op agentniveau ge\u00efntegreerd met kwaliteitsprocessen om een kritieke portal te bieden die PCI Compliance stimuleert, de conformiteit van agenten verbetert, de productiviteit verhoogt en de klanttevredenheidsmetingen in hun nationale en internationale centers of excellence verbetert.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DE ENGAGER &#8211; Radial, een bpost bedrijf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Naarmate e-commerce zich ontwikkelt, heeft Radial geprobeerd te investeren en innoveren met nieuwe aanbiedingen om aan de toenemende verwachtingen van de klant te voldoen. Het bedrijf had een wendbaar en flexibel opnameplatform nodig dat schaalbaarheid op elke locatie en op elk moment mogelijk maakte. Na de implementatie van Calabrio ONE verenigde Radial gegevens uit verschillende bronnen in een krachtige analysemotor, waardoor zakelijke gebruikers, besluitvormers en analisten waardevolle inzichten konden gebruiken om veranderingen te stimuleren.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DE LEIDER &#8211; Consumer Cellular<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Consumer Cellular richt zich op het optimaliseren van elke laag van het bedrijf. Door Calabrio ONE te gebruiken voor het beheren van de roosters van agenten en het automatiseren van rapportages, veranderde het workforce management team van het bedrijf van gegevensinvoer in een analistenafdeling met nog meer betrokken werknemers. Het bedrijf heeft op de kosten bespaard, het serviceniveau zien stijgen en het aantal opzeggingen zien dalen.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DE ANALYSE &#8211; Tiffany &amp; Co.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tiffany &amp; Co. richt zich op het overbrengen van de stem van de klant naar besluitvormers. Met behulp van Calabrio ONE heeft Tiffany &amp; Co. echte stemmen van klanten verzameld die relevant zijn om nieuwe zorgen van klanten te identificeren en te delen met het management. Na de implementatie van het Calabrio ONE cloud platform vond het bedrijf een innovatieve manier om ongelijksoortige ticketing systemen te verbinden en te meten ten opzichte van service level agreements en waar nodig aan te passen.
