grootste en meest professionele managersnetwerk\" href=\"https:\/\/www.close.se\/in_english\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Close Network for Contact-Center-and-Customer-Services Managers<\/a>&#8221; bij in Zweden. &#8220;Close&#8221; is het grootste en meest professionele managersnetwerk in Zweden en een geweldig forum om uitdagingen te bespreken met ervaren mensen in hetzelfde beroep. Het is altijd interessant en leuk om collega&#8217;s te ontmoeten en te leren van hun uitdagingen en processen. Het was de eerste keer dat ik Calabrio \/ Teleopti vertegenwoordigde.<\/p>\n<p>Een van de gespreksonderwerpen waren de verwachtingen van de klant: hoe die groeien en net zo snel veranderen als de technologie evolueert. Wat we gisteren hadden, is vandaag niet geldig en zeker niet morgen.<\/p>\n<p>Klanten hebben de macht. Ze verwachten goede ervaringen en de beste service. Ze willen een snelle oplossing, ongeacht het kanaal. Bovendien is de trend tegenwoordig dat klanten meer kennis hebben over hun behoeften wanneer ze contact opnemen met de klantenservice. Bedrijven en hun klantenserviceorganisatie moeten zich goed kunnen aanpassen en aan deze eisen voldoen.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de gesprekken ontdekten we ook dat ongeveer 70 procent van alle organisaties nu sociale media gebruikt als onderdeel van hun klantenservice. Voor degenen die niet aan boord zijn, zijn dit zeker uitdagingen om waar te maken. Het is eenvoudig maar tegelijkertijd moeilijk. Contactcentra en klantenserviceorganisaties hebben degelijke processen en sterk leiderschap nodig om geweldige ervaringen met klantenservice te kunnen leveren.<\/p>\n<p>Klantenservice moet ervaringen bieden die de verwachtingen van de klant daadwerkelijk overtreffen. Vanuit mijn oogpunt is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teleopti.com\/wfm\/teleopti-wfm-solution\/wfm-for-contact-centers.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">workforce management <\/a>(WFM) wat ervoor zorgt dat de juiste persoon en de juiste vaardigheden op de juiste plaats en op het juiste moment zijn om klanten tevreden te stellen. Als dit aanwezig is, heb je een goed platform voor succes in het bereiken van klanttevredenheid.<\/p>\n<p>Om klanten te behouden en te groeien is een proactieve en persoonlijke klantenservice nodig. Dat gezegd hebbende, het is niet gemakkelijk. Het is echt hard werken om aan de verwachtingen van de klant te voldoen, maar wel heel leuk!
