Deze feedback moet leiden tot innovatie. Als dit uw organisatie beschrijft, kunt u het beste een Total Cost of Ownership-analyse uitvoeren om echt inzicht te krijgen in zowel de harde als de zachte kosten van uw verkopersrelatie. Het kan zijn dat het op de lange termijn voordeliger is om van leverancier te veranderen, zelfs halverwege het contract, zelfs als de kosten vooraf ontmoedigend lijken.<\/p>\n<p>De sleutel is het verzamelen van de juiste informatie en inzichten die nodig zijn om de juiste beslissing te nemen voor jouw organisatie.
