manier waarop je met je klanten omgaat alles betekent. Hoe goed je ze kent, of je persoonlijke service kunt bieden en of je hun vertrouwen en loyaliteit kunt verdienen, kan allemaal het verschil betekenen tussen klanten die hun geld bij jou of bij je concurrenten uitgeven. In een competitie waarin veel op het spel staat voor klanten, is het belangrijk om jezelf af te vragen: Doe je genoeg?<\/p>\n<p>Onlangs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calabrio.com\/recorded-webinars\/watch-innovation-through-analytics\/\">voerde ik een webinar uit met Ventana Research<\/a> VP &amp; Research Director, Richard Snow, om mogelijkheden voor verbetering in klantbetrokkenheid te onderzoeken. We begonnen met het bekijken van inzichten uit een recent rapport van Ventana Research, waaruit bleek dat 77% van de bedrijven de manier waarop ze met klanten communiceren wil verbeteren. Slechts 33% is echter van mening dat ze op dit moment een uitstekend niveau van betrokkenheid bieden, terwijl de overgrote meerderheid, 67%, van mening is dat hun betrokkenheid ergens tussen goed en slecht in zit. Dit alles betekent dat er een grote kans is op verbetering.<\/p>\n<p>Bij Calabrio geloven we dat het antwoord hierop ligt in het investeren in klantanalyses. Dit is niet alleen omdat we een verkoop willen doen, maar omdat we weten dat analytics de meest effici\u00ebnte manier is om een 360-graden beeld van de klant te krijgen.<\/p>\n<p>Dit zijn slechts enkele van de zakelijke voordelen:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Betrokkenheidsproblemen op ondernemingsniveau volgen<\/h3>\n<p>Klantenbetrokkenheid kan worden onderverdeeld in drie praktijkgebieden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Klantervaring (CX)<\/li>\n<li>Klantenservice<\/li>\n<li>Bedrijfsprocessen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze gebieden strekken zich uit over de hele onderneming en gaan verder dan alleen marketing, verkoop of het contactcentrum. In deze verschillende afdelingen worden gegevens meestal verzameld en opgeslagen in verschillende systemen. Met een krachtige tool voor klantanalyse kunt u gegevens uit verschillende systemen integreren, waardoor u consistente klantervaringen cre\u00ebert voor alle kanalen en contactmomenten.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Verkrijg tijdig inzicht<\/h3>\n<p>Hoewel spreadsheets in de hele onderneming toepasselijke toepassingen hebben, hoort het gebruik van deze documenten om inzichten af te leiden over klantbetrokkenheid daar niet bij. Binnen enkele dagen of zelfs uren kan informatie achterhaald zijn. Het vermogen van je team om rode vlaggen op te vangen en dienovereenkomstig bij te sturen, zal je bedrijf uiteindelijk een voorsprong geven op concurrenten.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Toekomstige resultaten van betrokkenheid voorspellen<\/h2>\n<p>Een tool voor klantenanalyse biedt niet alleen tijdig inzicht, maar stelt je ook in staat om patronen te identificeren die kunnen helpen om toekomstige engagementresultaten te voorspellen. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn: nagaan aan welke communicatiekanalen uw klanten de voorkeur geven, welke servicekwesties het meest voorkomen en welke vertegenwoordigers van de klantenservice beter presteren.<\/p>\n<p>Door de nuances in deze ervaringen te begrijpen, kan je bedrijf de interactie met klanten verbeteren en ervoor zorgen dat valkuilen uit het verleden zich in de toekomst niet meer voordoen.
