Maar als je naar hun managementstructuur kijkt, zit de klant niet aan tafel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sales en marketing zijn druk bezig met het werven en contracteren van nieuwe klanten, maar wie zorgt er voor die bestaande relaties? Met andere woorden, wie voegt de daad bij het woord?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>De opkomst van de CCO<\/h2>\n<p>In een recent onderzoek onder senior leidinggevenden in de Verenigde Staten en het Verenigd Koninkrijk, dat is gepubliceerd in Calabrio&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calabrio.com\/success-in-the-customer-experience-era-report\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: Verdana\">Succes in het Ervarings Tijdperk: Connecting Customer and C-Suite<\/span><\/a>noemt 100 procent van de respondenten de klant als belangrijkste prioriteit. Daarentegen noemde slechts 58 procent verkoop of omzet als een &#8220;sterke focus&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Vandaag de dag is dat meer dan gewoon goed zakendoen, het is een overlevingsstrategie. <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2011\/04\/the-rise-of-the-chief-customer\">Onderzoek van HBR.org<\/a> toont aan dat het bedrijven 25 keer meer kost om een nieuwe klant te werven dan om een bestaande klant te behouden. En klanten lopen vier keer meer kans om over te stappen als hun negatieve ervaringen te maken hebben met de klantervaring in plaats van met de prijs of de productkwaliteit. Slechts \u00e9\u00e9n ontevreden klant kan een heel netwerk van potenti\u00eble klanten be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Als klantervaring echt een topprioriteit is voor het bedrijf, moet iemand de leiding nemen. <\/strong>Dat is waar de Chief Customer Officer (CCO) om de hoek komt kijken.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In plaats van het meest waardevolle bezit van een bedrijf toe te vertrouwen aan een gefragmenteerde strategie, hebben organisaties met een CCO <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calabrio.com\/nl\/wfo\/contact-center-reporting\/questions-that-reveal-how-well-you-know-your-customers\/\">toegewijd leiderschap dat voortdurend gericht is op de belangen van de klant<\/a>. Door een CCO in dienst te nemen, kan marketing zich richten op marketing, kan verkoop zich richten op verkoop en beweegt de hele organisatie effici\u00ebnter en met meer duidelijkheid.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Tekenen dat uw bedrijf een CCO nodig heeft<\/h3>\n<p>Er kan een logisch argument worden aangevoerd dat elk bedrijf dat klanten als hun belangrijkste bezit aanwijst, een CCO moet hebben.
