Nu digitale communicatiekanalen steeds meer in opkomst zijn, hebben merken nieuwe manieren nodig om een persoonlijke band met klanten op te bouwen. Contactcenter agents vormen de frontlinie van gepersonaliseerde communicatie en marketeers moeten hun rol in de nieuwe klantervaring erkennen en aanmoedigen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Volgens ons recente onderzoek &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.calabrio.com\/contact-center-health\/\">De gezondheid van het contactcenter: Agent Well-Being in a Customer-Centric Era<\/a>&#8220;, worden agenten be\u00efnvloed door veranderingen in het gedrag van klanten. Twee\u00ebndertig procent van de agenten zegt dat vragen en verzoeken van klanten de komende twee tot drie jaar steeds complexer zullen worden, en 45 procent van de contactcentermedewerkers zegt dat klanten alleen maar meer van het bedrijf zullen blijven verwachten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Als merken deze complexiteit niet aanpakken, missen ze de kans om de verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen.
