Calabrio Receives 2012 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award from Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine | Calabrio

Minneapolis, MN — October 10, 2012 — Calabrio announced today that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named Calabrio ONE® as a recipient of the 2012IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award from Customer Interaction Solutions, the leading publication in CRM, call center and teleservices industries since 1982.

With a single, simple sign on, supervisors, managers, evaluators and analysts can access a unified view of contact center performance metrics from Calabrio’s Quality Management, Workforce Management, and Speech Analytics for ease and clarity. Results are 100% actionable, meaning analysts have full access to consolidated performance reports, Quality Management evaluation forms, and export capabilities to be used for coaching and training.
