Calabrio Receives Growing Software Company Award at the 2014 Tekne Awards
Fifteenth annual Tekne Awards recognized Minnesota’s technology innovators and innovations
Minneapolis, MN — Nov. 14, 2014 — The Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA) has named Calabrio as the recipient of the 2014 Tekne Award in the Software (Small and Growing Company) award category. Held November 13 at the Minneapolis Convention Center, the Tekne Awards honor companies and individuals who have played a significant role in developing new technologies that positively impact the lives and futures of people living around the world.
The Software Award honors innovation in software development or applications for business or consumer use. Calabrio has been deploying customer interaction workforce optimization products since the mid-1990s, and is now helping organizations unlock this untapped enterprise asset. Calabrio Analytics allows businesses to capture all voice and text conversations with their customers. It provides an easy way to free the voice of the customer, enabling users of all types to explore enormous volumes of data visually, so they can improve business outcomes by understanding their customers better.

Tekne Awards were presented to 12 of Minnesota’s most influential companies in technological innovation, development, commercialization and management. One of the twelve categories included separate awards for small and growing businesses (with annual revenues under $50 million) and established businesses (with annual revenues of $50 million or more).
