Calabrio Software Names Vice President of Product Engineering. | Calabrio

Minneapolis, MN — March 26, 2007 — Calabrio Software, a division of Spanlink
Communications and a leading provider of customer interaction and workforce optimization software, today announced it has appointed Paul Martin as vice president of product engineering. Martin is responsible for all aspects of the Calabrio Software development lifecycle, including design, engineering, release management and quality assurance.

Martin has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing and technical
management. He comes to Calabrio after eight years serving as vice president of product engineering and offshore operations at McData. Martin was instrumental in helping McData grow its business from revenues of about $60 million with 80 engineers in 1998 to approximately $750 million with 400 engineers in five locations including Colorado, New Jersey, Minnesota, California and Chennai, India in 2006. Previously, Martin held technical leadership positions at Digi International, IBM and Pencom Software Inc.
