Second regional event to take place at Calabrio World Headquarters in
Minneapolis, Minn., on July 15
Minneapolis, MN — The Calabrio User Group (CUG) Board of Customer Directors today announced an expanding agenda to accommodate growing interest from Calabrio users to network, learn and share insight into solutions that will have the greatest impact on their business. To support organizational growth of more than 500% over the past year, the CUG Board of Customer Directors have added two regional events, providing more opportunities for customers to collaborate with Calabrio product and services executives, and with each other.
The inaugural regional Calabrio User Group event took place on May 16th in Los Angeles, Calif., drawing customers spanning a dozen industries, and users with business and technical interests alike. As momentum builds, more than twice the attendees will converge in Minneapolis, Minn., next week at Calabrio’s dynamic new headquarters in downtown Minneapolis. The 2013 National CUG Meeting will be held in Miami, Fla., on September 15-18, 2013.
“Calabrio User Group meetings provide the opportunity to share business challenges and best practices with other companies, as well as collaborate with Calabrio teams,” said Alexander Wareham, Calabrio User Group board member and Planning and Analytics manager for AAA Western and Central New York.“Any CUG event is more than just a conference—it’s a knowledge community. The vision of the CUG community is for customers to experience a strong connection to their solution provider, and to each other. Each event includes access to specialized training, collaboration with product developers, peer networking and exclusive previews to upcoming Calabrio products. In 2012, more than 50% of product innovations were incubated from within the Calabrio User Group community.
