Calabrio Talks Millennials in the Workplace at Call Centre World 2019

This year’s CCW marks the 21st international conference and exhibition for innovative customer dialogueue. We are thrilled to be participating in CCW 2019 at the Estrel Congress Centre in Berlin next week, 19 – 21 February.

Join our Senior Vice President and General Manager of Calabrio EMEA, Kris McKenzie, for his session, “Millennials in the Workplace: How to Get Them Engaged with WFO.” During this session, Kris will discuss how important the contact centre agent is in an increasingly customer-centric era. This session is a must-attend if you’re curious about the key challenges agents face daily, the ways contact centres can boost their agents and impact the customer experience and the right technologies companies should invest in to improve employee engagement in the contact centre. For more, join Kris on Wednesday, 20 February at 15:30 at the Speaker’s Forum.

We’re also proud to have joined forces with Cisco to co-sponsor CCW 2019 to showcase the benefits of Calabrio ONE with Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express (UCCX). Calabrio ONE is the number one sold workforce optimisation (WFO) platform on Cisco—and is now available for UCCX. Stop by our stand located in Hall 3, stand C14/D9, or schedule a meeting to learn how Cisco and Calabrio offer a seamless solution for contact centres of any size—on-premises and in the cloud.

We look forward to seeing you in Berlin! If you can’t make it to the show, don’t worry! Follow @Calabrio on social media for the latest updates and coverage from #CCW19.
