Calabrio & Teleopti united under one domain - Calabrio (German)

Calabrio + Teleopti

One Company, One Brand

The acquisition of Teleopti by Calabrio was announced in June 2019. It’s now time for the two companies to take the next step in this mission for customer-experience excellence and fully merge Teleopti under the Calabrio brand and Calabrio.com. Please see below for answers to general questions about this brand unification and web migration, as well as customer and partner specific information.

What is happening to the Teleopti brand?

While Teleopti WFM will continue to be sold and supported as a separate product, Teleopti as a company and brand will be fully absorbed into Calabrio as of January 13, 2020.

What is happening to Teleopti.com?

As of January 13, 2020, teleopti.com will no longer be a separate entity and will be redirected to calabrio.com. The Teleopti Customer Center and Partner Center will remain live and will continue to be accessible from within the Teleopti WFM product, direct URLs (see below in customer & partner FAQs) and from the Calabrio.com website.

Can I still follow the Teleopti social media channels?

All Teleopti social media channels (incl. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) will be merged with Calabrio social media platforms so we have one united channel. Followers will not automatically transfer, so we encourage you to follow and like Calabrio on your favorite social platforms.

Which company will contact me in corporate/marketing emails going forward?

As of January 13, 2020, all email communications will be sent from Calabrio. You will not need to resubscribe to continue receiving information about upcoming webinars, product news and new thought leadership content. However, we recommend adding [email protected] to your address book. All communication will be sent in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Please see Calabrio’s privacy policy. At the bottom of every Calabrio email you will have the option to unsubscribe, or you can send [email protected] a request to be deleted.
