Tom Goodmanson is the president and CEO of Calabrio, the global customer experience intelligence company that builds software to enrich human interactions. Since 2008, Tom has led Calabrio’s vision, culture and growth to 700 employees today, helping more than 6,000 customers around the world engage with and understand their customers. A long-time supporter and board member for Habitat for Humanity Twin Cities, Tom brings to Calabrio his generous spirit and a passion for driving social progress and positive change by investing in others, championing local businesses and supporting philanthropic causes. He currently sits on the board of The Nerdery, is a past chairman of Winland Electronics and a past board member of Virteva.

Matt Matsui, Chief Product Officer, oversees Calabrio’s companywide product efforts. Matt joined Calabrio with more than 25 years of experience leading product and marketing organizations for a broad range of companies, including ACNielsen, Cognos, Andersen Consulting, and numerous early-stage analytics firms. Through this experience, Matt developed a keen sense for growing markets with a heavy emphasis on big data, AI/ML, and applied analytics. Matt’s proficiency is bringing to market scalable and flexible enterprise SaaS solutions that leverage the power of analytics in simple and powerful ways. He holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland, a master’s degree from Northwestern University, and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California.

Chief Technology Officer
Josh Jabs brings more than 20 years of experience in technology with a focus on driving growth through customer-focused innovation, leveraging market disruption and building high-performance teams. Before joining Calabrio, Josh spent nine years at Entrust Datacard where he held roles ranging from general management of multiple business units to leadership over emerging technologies, strategic marketing and alliance programs. Prior to Entrust Datacard, Jabs directed investor engagements in the technology sector and worked within the U.S. Government in emerging technology. He holds Master of Business Administration, master’s degree in electrical engineering, and received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.

Alexis Zotalis is Calabrio’s Chief of Staff, driving organizational productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and coordinating cross-functional operations. Alexis draws on more than 15 years of experience in a variety of SaaS companies that provide solutions ranging from legal technology to grants management for the giving community. Prior to Calabrio she successfully drove growth leading teams in corporate functions including business development, marketing, and product management. Alexis holds a B.A. degree in Music and Business Administration from Central College.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Ross is responsible for Calabrio’s global marketing efforts, including digital marketing, demand generation and pipeline marketing, content strategy and creation, customer marketing, partner marketing, and corporate communications. Ross is also responsible for supporting Calabrio’s partners–driving strategic technology and platform partner relationships, channel programs and marketing, and developer and services partners. Prior to joining Calabrio in 2017, Ross spent 18 years at Cisco in roles encompassing product management, product marketing and marketing, including serving as the Senior Director of Collaboration Marketing for Cisco’s nearly $5B Collaboration business. Ross holds a BA in English from Harvard University and an MBA from Babson College.

Kristin Gaarder, Calabrio’s Chief Human Resources Officer, is an international human resources executive who creates business value through an engaged employee population. She empowers people to realize their greatest potential and to maximize their opportunities. Kristin focuses on results and works to propel organizations forward by leveraging the strengths of everyone on the team. Prior to joining Calabrio, Kristin was the SVP Human Resources & Corporate Services for Amplifon and previously was the General Manager of Nilfisk High Pressure Washers while also serving as VP of Human Resources. She is a board member of the HR Executive Forum and is recognized as a Top Woman Leader in Minnesota. Kristin holds a master’s degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin.

Dan Maier, Chief Revenue Officer, oversees all global product, services, and cloud sales for Calabrio. He also leads Calabrio’s Sales and Pre-sales teams, Customer Success, and the overall customer go-to-market execution strategy. With extensive experience managing global sales and inside sales teams, along with enterprise and channel sales teams around the world, Dan is a proven expert in leading global sales teams while building strategic alliances and elevating brand awareness. Prior to joining Calabrio, Dan was the Chief Revenue Officer for CentralSquare Technologies, and previously was the Senior Vice President of North American Markets for Ellucian. Dan was a Captain in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina as a Field Artillery Officer in the 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Loyola University in Maryland. Dan also serves as the executive sponsor for Calabrio’s Veteran’s Employee Resource Group.

Jim Davies, Chief Experience Officer, oversees Calabrio’s customer experience programs. Jim joined Calabrio with nearly 25 years of experience as a Gartner analyst researching Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience (CX), and Customer Service. Through this experience, Jim defined and nurtured both the Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) and Voice of the Customer (VoC) markets, and provided strategic advice to executives, investment firms, and technology vendors around the world. Jim's expertise is in building close connections with organizations and helping them set up and run CX programs that encompass experience design, holistic customer understanding, and systemic improvement. Prior to joining Calabrio, Jim was Vice President of Research with Gartner, a leading research and consultancy firm. He holds a joint honors undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of East Anglia, UK.

Senior Vice President of Calabrio International
Olle Düring serves as the Senior Vice President of Calabrio International and manages the company’s sales and operations outside North America. Olle draws on more than 20 years of experience in global workforce management and cloud. Most recently, Olle served 10 years as CEO of Teleopti, where he orchestrated the expansion of the company’s international footprint and drove the adoption of a modernized cloud business model. Olle holds a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Lulea University of Technology.

Tim Klein serves as Calabrio’s SVP, Corporate Development and oversees its major strategic growth initiatives. He relies on more than 25 years of experience in corporate development and capital markets including strategic advisory, M&A, investments and financings. Prior to Calabrio, he was an early member of Lake Street Capital Markets where he helped contribute to its exponential growth. Tim also led the Corporate Development group at Kroll Inc., a billion-dollar subsidiary of MMC. Other experiences include portfolio manager of a start-up hedge fund, senior technology analyst at Piper Jaffray, and manager for strategic development at Ceridian.

Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Support
Dave Orstad, Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Support, leads Calabrio’s global post sales delivery management efforts. Dave joined Calabrio with more than 25 years of experience building and supporting organizations focused on balancing customer success with profitable growth. Dave has proven expertise in developing and elevating innovative strategies that drive customer success, satisfaction, and retention. Prior to joining Calabrio, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Accruent Software where he led global services, managed services, and global enablement, and focused on driving profitable business growth and delivering elite business outcomes for customers. He holds degrees in Economics and Communications from St. Olaf College.
