President and CEO
Tom Goodmanson is the president and CEO of Calabrio, the global customer experience intelligence company that builds software to enrich human interactions. Since 2008, Tom has led Calabrio’s vision, culture and growth to 700 employees today, helping more than 6,000 customers around the world engage with and understand their customers.
A long-time supporter and board member for Habitat for Humanity Twin Cities, Tom brings to Calabrio his generous spirit and a passion for driving social progress and positive change by investing in others, championing local businesses and supporting philanthropic causes. He currently sits on the board of The Nerdery, is a past chairman of Winland Electronics and a past board member of Virteva.
Chief Financial Officer
Jenny Kray, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for leading Calabrio’s finance, legal and IT teams. Jenny drives financial decision-making, long range planning, and contributes strategically to Calabrio’s overall business growth objectives. She has more than 20 years of experience in finance and back-office operations at global technology and SaaS organizations that were heavily involved in M&A activity. Most recently, Jenny served as VP-Finance, Corporate Controller at SPS Commerce—a leader in cloud-based supply chain management solutions—where she was responsible for global accounting, treasury and leading the financial due diligence and related integration of two international acquisitions. Prior to her role at SPS, she was CFO at Network Instruments after holding leadership positions at Compellent Technologies and Secure Computing before they were acquired. She started her career in public accounting at KPMG. Jenny has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin with a specialization in Spanish from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.
Chief Product Officer
Matt Matsui, Chief Product Officer at Calabrio, oversees company-wide go-to-market efforts. Matt joined Calabrio with more than 25 years of experience leading product and marketing organizations for a broad range of companies, including ACNielsen, Cognos, Fair Isaac and numerous early stage analytics firms. Through this experience, Matt has developed a keen sense for growing markets with a heavy emphasis on big data and business analytics. Prior to joining the Calabrio team, Matt was a managing partner for Veralytics, a predictive sales and marketing analytics and product insights company. Matt’s proficiency is bringing to market scalable and flexible analytics solutions that integrate communication streams, giving business the ability to launch powerful intelligence strategies in a simple way. He holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland, a master’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California.
Chief Technology Officer
Josh Jabs brings more than 20 years of experience in technology with a focus on driving growth through customer-focused innovation, leveraging market disruption and building high-performance teams. Before joining Calabrio, Josh spent nine years at Entrust Datacard where he held roles ranging from general management of multiple business units to leadership over emerging technologies, strategic marketing and alliance programs. Prior to Entrust Datacard, Jabs directed investor engagements in the technology sector and worked within the U.S. Government in emerging technology. He holds Master of Business Administration, master’s degree in electrical engineering, and received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer at Calabrio, Rebecca is responsible for lead generation and pipeline marketing, content strategy, customer marketing, and corporate communications. An unflappable veteran of Minnesota’s emerging technology industry with nearly 20 years of experience, Rebecca has been entrusted with millions in venture capital and the formidable task of building lead funnels, and differentiating and positioning entrepreneurial brands. Most recently, Rebecca was Director of Integrated Marketing for Code42—a data protection and security company—where she fueled a content-driven lead-gen strategy, customer engagement/advocacy and communications initiatives. Prior, Rebecca held marketing leadership roles at Trissential, Stellent, and Oracle. Rebecca holds a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Chief Revenue Officer
John Norton is responsible for driving global revenue growth and building a world-class sales culture at Calabrio. John joined Calabrio with more than 30 years of executive experience in the technology industry. Just prior to joining Calabrio, John was Senior Vice President, Growth at ConvergeOne, a leading global IT services provider, where he drove strategic technology solutions and managed services growth within the business. Prior to ConvergeOne’s acquisition of Arrow Systems Integration, Norton held multiple executive positions at Arrow SI and Arrow S3, where he was responsible for managing, developing and growing sales and marketing teams. Norton also held executive positions at Cross Telecom, Ardent Partners, Inc. and Fujitsu Business Communications Systems. John holds a B.S. degree in business administration from St. John’s University.
Brian Humenansky, Chief Architect for Calabrio, has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software engineering and management. He has led teams and initiatives around new development methodologies, quality strategies, globalization and business intelligence (BI) development. Before joining Calabrio, Brian held positions as Global Director and Vice President of Product Development at Lawson Software, where he was responsible for global development activities for the Lawson Business Intelligence product line and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. Prior to Lawson, Brian was Global Director of Software Development for Cognos Corporation, where he led software development for the performance management division, with global responsibilities for development, product direction and strategy. Brian also has extensive experience in innovation patents, technology integration through mergers and acquisitions, and offshore strategies. Brian has a B.A. degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Senior Vice President of Partner Sales
Dale Bastian is the Senior Vice President of Partner Sales for Calabrio. Dale is responsible for building and supporting the Calabrio channel partner network and managing Calabrio’s global consulting and sales teams. Dale has more than 30 years of sales and leadership experience in the technology and telecommunications industries, and has a profound ability to achieve high-growth in fast-paced markets. Prior to joining the team at Calabrio, Dale served as General Manager and Vice President of Sales for AOptix Technologies, where he helped increase revenue substantially. Prior to AOptix, Dale was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at 2Wire Corporation. Dale also served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Polycom Corporation, where he developed their global channel base to 65% of the worldwide videoconferencing market in under a year.
Senior Vice President of Calabrio International
Olle Düring serves as the Senior Vice President of Calabrio International and manages the company’s sales and operations outside North America. Olle draws on more than 20 years of experience in global workforce management and cloud. Most recently, Olle served 10 years as CEO of Teleopti, where he orchestrated the expansion of the company’s international footprint and drove the adoption of a modernized cloud business model. Olle holds a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Lulea University of Technology.
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Miska Suves serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Calabrio. Miska brings more than 18 years of experience to Calabrio, including deep expertise in organizational development and change implementation for international organizations. Prior to joining Calabrio, Miska served as COO at Teleopti for seven years where she was responsible for the company’s operational performance, and led the effort to cohesively deploy the company’s strategic vision across the finance, HR, professional services, technical consulting and help desk departments. Miska holds a law degree and bachelor’s degree from Stockholm University
Senior Vice President and General Manager for EMEA
Kris McKenzie is responsible for Calabrio’s EMEA operations and go-to-market efforts. He oversees sales, operations, strategic partnerships and customer success. Kris joined Calabrio with more than 20 years’ experience in global enterprise SaaS technology and 14 years of management and sales leadership. Kris brings extensive expertise in helping companies implement solutions to develop a deep understanding of their customers. Most recently, Kris served as Global VP Market Development at SAP Hybris Cloud, where he drove revenue and customer success through long-term corporate alliances, partnerships and other collaborations. Prior to SAP Hybris, Kris was SVP Global Sales at Yieldify where he ran the global sales team across London, New York, Sydney and São Paulo. He also served as the EMEA Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales for ExactTarget, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2014. Kris holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Information Systems from De Montfort University.
Senior Vice President of Customer Success
Doug Lang, Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Calabrio, oversees Calabrio’s Professional Services, Support Services and Training Organization. He ensures Calabrio customers are fully supported throughout the entire customer lifecycle, driving customer success and improved time to value. With nearly 25 years’ experience, Doug has built multiple services organizations focused on long-standing customer relationships, and led high-growth companies through the evolution to cloud. Prior to joining Calabrio, Doug was SVP of Business Operations for Arrow System Integration, a leading systems integrator, where he architected a high-impact services organization of more than 500 people. Prior to Arrow, he held services leadership roles at Cross Telecom and ACT. Doug holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology Education.
Vice President of Strategic Platforms
As Vice President of Strategic Platforms at Calabrio, Ross Daniels is responsible for Calabrio’s strategic technology and platform integrations. Ross identifies key growth opportunities through platform partner development and corresponding product integration programs. He also manages the integration of acquired technologies into the Calabrio ONE suite to create best-of-breed solutions. With nearly 25 years of marketing, product marketing and product management experience in technology and telecommunications, Ross brings extensive expertise to Calabrio. He spent 18 years at Cisco where he most recently served as the Senior Director of Collaboration Marketing for Cisco’s nearly $5B Collaboration business. There, he oversaw product positioning, solution messaging, collateral, channel engagement and go-to-market activities for Unified Communications, Conferencing, Telephony and Video Endpoints, and Customer Care/Contact Center. While at Cisco, Ross partnered with Calabrio to bring Calabrio’s WFO solutions into customers’ contact centers. Ross is also a seasoned speaker, having presented at numerous industry events including Voicecon/Enterprise Connect, Wireless Enterprise Symposium, Enterprise 2.0, Dreamforce, Frost & Sullivan Customer Contact, IWCE, Customer Interact, Cisco Collaboration Summit, and Cisco Live. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
