Meet our Leadership Team

Kevin Jones

Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Jones, President and Chief Executive Officer, leads Calabrio in delivering workforce performance software-as-a-service to help enrich and understand human interactions, empowering the contact center as a brand guardian. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Kevin has built a successful track record driving significant business transformation. He has held key leadership roles across a variety of technology services companies including Rackspace Technology, Dell, and HP. At Rackspace Technology, Kevin served as Chief Executive Officer and led a team that grew the company from $2 billion to $3 billion in annual revenue by building and scaling a public cloud business, introducing new products, and expanding geographically. He is a passionate advocate for employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, and believes that people and culture are a key differentiator in business. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University and is a Certified Management Accountant. He serves on the boards of Calabrio and Herbalife (HLF).

Joel Martins

Chief Technology Officer

Joel Martins, Chief Technology Officer, leads Calabrio’s companywide product, development, and technology teams. Joel has more than 20 years of experience driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence in software companies. Prior to joining Calabrio, Joel served as CTO at Apryse, Social Solutions, and MicroEdge. Successes in his tenures as CTO include completing the transaction to a new private equity owner, selling to a publicly traded company, the creation, launch, and dramatic growth of a new product line, accelerating an existing product line to $1B, and securing a $59M investment from former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, who joined the Social Solution's Board of Directors. Before becoming CTO at MicroEdge, Joel led global enterprise teams for 14 years at Symantec. He is also an Operating Advisor at Thoma Bravo. Joel graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS degree in Computer Science and attended Luther Seminary in St. Paul post-graduate.

Todd Laddusaw

Chief Financial Officer

Todd Laddusaw, Chief Financial Officer, oversees Calabrio’s global finance, accounting, tax, and legal functions. Prior to joining Calabrio, Todd led financial strategy and operations as CFO for Appriss / Bamboo Health, a leader in real-time care intelligence to improve outcomes, experience, and performance. Todd’s 20+ years of experience also includes being CFO of Virgin Pulse, Redbrick Health, Healthland, Inc., and MicroEdge LLC. In addition, he has held financial leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, Thomson Reuters, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Todd has an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Dillon Nugent

Chief Marketing Officer

Dillon Nugent, Chief Marketing Officer, leads Calabrio’s global marketing efforts including demand generation, corporate communications, and marketing operations. Dillon has over 25 years of experience building and scaling marketing teams to develop growth strategies for B2B and B2C companies. Prior to Calabrio, Dillon served as CMO at Khoros and led marketing at Spiceworks. Her experience in the SaaS space includes the merger of Spredfast and Lithium, relaunched as Khoros, where she built out the demand generation practice, implemented agile marketing, and partnered with sales and product to launch programmatic and ABM strategies to accelerate pipeline. Dillon started out in advertising working with brands to expand market presence developing brand strategies and creative, media, communications, and acquisition plans. Dillon has the proven ability to build long-term brand awareness and affinity, as well as drive near-term performance to predictably hit goals. Dillon earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University. Dillon is passionate about leadership development and mentors through several organizations.

Alexis Zotalis

Head of Corporate Operations & Transformation

Alexis Zotalis, Head of Corporate Operations & Transformation, drives Calabrio’s global organizational productivity leading the company’s transformation programs and cross-functional operations. With more than 20 years of experience at software-as-a-service companies, Alexis’ expertise is in driving organizational productivity to achieve profitable growth. Prior to joining Calabrio, Alexis successfully drove value creation leading teams in diverse corporate functions including business development, marketing, and product management across a variety of industries. Alexis holds a bachelor’s degree in Music and Business Administration from Central College.

Daniel Maier

Chief Revenue Officer

Dan Maier, Chief Revenue Officer, oversees all global product, services, and cloud sales for Calabrio. He also leads Calabrio’s sales and pre-sales teams, customer success, demand generation, corporate communications, marketing operations, and the overall customer go-to-market execution strategy. With extensive experience managing global sales and inside sales teams, along with enterprise and channel sales teams around the world, Dan is a proven expert in leading global sales teams while building strategic alliances and elevating brand awareness. Prior to joining Calabrio, Dan was the Chief Revenue Officer for CentralSquare Technologies, and previously was the Senior Vice President of North American Markets for Ellucian. Dan was a Captain in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina as a Field Artillery Officer in the 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Loyola University in Maryland. Dan also serves as the executive sponsor for Calabrio’s Veterans Employee Resource Group.

Nicholas Allen

Chief of Staff

Nicholas Allen, Chief of Staff, works closely with Calabrio’s executive leadership team and partners with the CEO to help drive strategic business initiatives, overseeing program management and the timely communication of objectives. Nicholas has extensive experience in interdepartmental collaboration and facilitates connection between all functions at Calabrio. He is responsible for ensuring initiatives are on track as well as driving projects to the finish line. Nicholas joined Calabrio with over 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in national business initiatives, including project management roles for KPMG and the leadership of regional teams at Deloitte. Nicholas holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and communications.

Dave Orstad

Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Support

Dave Orstad, Senior Vice President, Professional Services and Support, leads Calabrio’s global post-sales delivery management efforts. Dave joined Calabrio with more than 25 years of experience building and supporting organizations focused on balancing customer success with profitable growth. Dave has proven expertise in developing and elevating innovative strategies that drive customer success, satisfaction, and retention. Prior to joining Calabrio, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Accruent Software where he led global services, managed services, and global enablement, and focused on driving profitable business growth and delivering elite business outcomes for customers. He holds degrees in Economics and Communications from St. Olaf College.

Tim Klein

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Tim Klein, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, oversees Calabrio’s major strategic growth initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate development and capital markets, including strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, investments and financings, Tim has a long history of driving successful corporate growth. Prior to Calabrio, Tim was an early member of Lake Street Capital Markets where he contributed to the company’s exponential growth. He also led the Corporate Development group at Kroll Inc., a billion-dollar subsidiary of MMC. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Olle Düring

Senior Vice President of Calabrio International

Olle Düring, Senior Vice President, Calabrio International Sales, oversees all of Calabrio’s sales outside of North America. Olle brings more than 20 years of experience in global workforce management and cloud to Calabrio. Prior to his current role, Olle served as Chief Executive Officer at Teleopti for 10 years, where he orchestrated the expansion of the company’s international footprint and drove the adoption of a modernized cloud business model. Olle holds an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Luleå University of Technology.
