Calabrio Launches Channel Services Program

Calabrio has always valued our channel partners and the tremendous contribution they make to Calabrio’s success. Likewise, we strive to make sure our partnerships are contributing to the success of our partners.

Our latest effort to help drive our partner’s success was the establishment of the Channel Services program. While this program is new, the vision for it is not. I have personally been thinking about how Calabrio could be a better partner to those companies that provide professional services for years. Several years ago, Calabrio introduced our Certified Partner Program for our services partners. Since then, we have certified over 100 Calabrio Certified Professionals in over a dozen countries. Today, 18 Calabrio partners are certified to implement, support, or train the Calabrio ONE suite. Unfortunately, my role as the Calabrio Learning Center Manager did not give me the scope to provide a lot of partner support beyond the certification process. 

As Channel Services Manager, I now have the scope and responsibility to build a complete services partner program. I am still working on many of the details, but the vision is pretty clear.

We will build a program that enables Calabrio partners to design, install, and support the Calabrio ONE suite. The benefits for our partners include a deeper, more embedded relationship with our shared customers throughout their engagement with Calabrio ONE. Partners can also benefit by retaining services revenue. While there are several other benefits for our partners, the most important benefit, in my eyes, is knowing that Calabrio is standing by to support you and the customer should our assistance be needed.

For the next month or so, I will be designing a program to support our services partners beyond certification. Some things to watch for are:

  • A certification upgrade plan for v10 partners who would like to implement Calabrio ONE v11,
  • A possible visit in the next couple of months as I spend time with partners around the world to learn directly from you what we could do to support your own professional services programs.
  • A recurring communication program to keep our services partners informed on product updates, program upgrades, and partner opportunities as they arise. While there are several items that need to be figured out, I am thrilled to work with our partners to build a program that will deepen and enrich our partnership and our mutual success.If you would like to learn more about the opportunities this program can provide to you, please feel free to call or email me.
