Tom Goodmanson is the president and CEO of Calabrio, the global customer experience intelligence company that builds software to enrich human interactions. Since 2008, Tom has led Calabrio’s vision, culture and growth to 700 employees today, helping more than 6,000 customers around the world engage with and understand their customers.
A long-time supporter and board member for Habitat for Humanity Twin Cities, Tom brings to Calabrio his generous spirit and a passion for driving social progress and positive change by investing in others, championing local businesses and supporting philanthropic causes. He currently sits on the board of The Nerdery, is a past chairman of Winland Electronics and a past board member of Virteva.
Chief Product Officer
Matt Matsui, Chief Product Officer at Calabrio, oversees company-wide go-to-market efforts. Matt joined Calabrio with more than 25 years of experience leading product and marketing organisations for a broad range of companies, including ACNielsen, Cognos, Fair Isaac and numerous early stage analytics firms. Through this experience, Matt has developed a keen sense for growing markets with a heavy emphasis on big data and business analytics. Prior to joining the Calabrio team, Matt was a managing partner for Veralytics, a predictive sales and marketing analytics and product insights company. Matt’s proficiency is bringing to market scalable and flexible analytics solutions that integrate communication streams, giving business the ability to launch powerful intelligence strategies in a simple way. He holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland, a master’s degree from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California.
Chief Technology Officer
Josh Jabs brings more than 20 years of experience in technology with a focus on driving growth through customer-focused innovation, leveraging market disruption and building high-performance teams. Before joining Calabrio, Josh spent nine years at Entrust Datacard where he held roles ranging from general management of multiple business units to leadership over emerging technologies, strategic marketing and alliance programmes. Prior to Entrust Datacard, Jabs directed investor engagements in the technology sector and worked within the U.S. Government in emerging technology. He holds Master of Business Administration, master’s degree in electrical engineering, and received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
Chief Revenue Officer
John Norton is responsible for driving global revenue growth and building a world-class sales culture at Calabrio. John joined Calabrio with more than 30 years of executive experience in the technology industry. Just prior to joining Calabrio, John was Senior Vice President, Growth at ConvergeOne, a leading global IT services provider, where he drove strategic technology solutions and managed services growth within the business. Prior to ConvergeOne’s acquisition of Arrow Systems Integration, Norton held multiple executive positions at Arrow SI and Arrow S3, where he was responsible for managing, developing and growing sales and marketing teams. Norton also held executive positions at Cross Telecom, Ardent Partners, Inc. and Fujitsu Business Communications Systems. John holds a B.S. degree in business administration from St. John’s University.
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Ross is responsible for Calabrio’s global marketing efforts, including digital marketing, demand generation and pipeline marketing, content strategy and creation, customer marketing, partner marketing, and corporate communications. Ross is also responsible for supporting Calabrio’s partners–driving strategic technology and platform partner relationships, channel programmes and marketing, and developer and services partners. Prior to joining Calabrio in 2017, Ross spent 18 years at Cisco in roles encompassing product management, product marketing and marketing, including serving as the Senior Director of Collabouration Marketing for Cisco’s nearly $5B Collabouration business. Ross holds a BA in English from Harvard University and an MBA from Babson College.
Senior Vice President of Customer Success
Doug Lang, Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Calabrio, oversees Calabrio’s Professional Services, Support Services and Training Organisation. He ensures Calabrio customers are fully supported throughout the entire customer lifecycle, driving customer success and improved time to value. With nearly 25 years’ experience, Doug has built multiple services organisations focused on long-standing customer relationships, and led high-growth companies through the evolution to cloud. Prior to joining Calabrio, Doug was SVP of Business Operations for Arrow System Integration, a leading systems integrator, where he architected a high-impact services organisation of more than 500 people. Prior to Arrow, he held services leadership roles at Cross Telecom and ACT. Doug holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology Education.
Senior Vice President of Calabrio International
Olle Düring serves as the Senior Vice President of Calabrio International and manages the company’s sales and operations outside North America. Olle draws on more than 20 years of experience in global workforce management and cloud. Most recently, Olle served 10 years as CEO of Teleopti, where he orchestrated the expansion of the company’s international footprint and drove the adoption of a modernised cloud business model. Olle holds a M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Lulea University of Technology.
