César: This is my second time attending C3, and just like last year I look forward to interacting with people from similar industries and learning best practices, success stories and experiences others have had with WFM and QM, as well as sharing my experiences with new Calabrio users.
I am also looking forward to hearing more about Advanced Reporting and what’s to come in future versions of the Calabrio suite.
César: I am passionate about data. I enjoy the opportunity to create sources of updated, accurate and useful information that will help us to exceed service expectations. I also am passionate about fostering engagement and loyalty at all levels, in addition to recognizing successful employees and helping them to find the perfect work-life balance. This involves improving work processes, as well and streamlining and simplifying tasks.
César: There is a Spanish saying, “cada cabeza es un mundo,” that translates to English as “each mind is a world.” Implementing new software can be seen by many as an opportunity to learn new things, facilitate work or improve processes, but for others, it can mean quite the opposite.
