Innovation is the most commonly mentioned word when customers are asked what they associate with Calabrio. We’re proud, but we want to do more. Calabrio invests a lot in product development, and Research & Development is the biggest department within Calabrio with more than 60 passionate colleagues – about 25 of these work in our Stockholm headquarters.
In addition to our Stockholm headquarters we have offices in Beijing, Moscow, London and Dubai.

An Environment to Excel

Calabrio Corporate Giving
One week per year we join together as company and raise money for a charity organization. We plan activities around our global offices to raise money that often brings as much joy and commitments within the company as it provides a donation to charity.

New Hire Training
Once a quarter we invite all of our new hires to a week of training, workshops and fun activities to get to know all about us as a company and more importantly – to get to know each other!

Waffle Wednesday
The first Wednesday of the month we get together to eat breakfast! Waffles are served together with other local breakfast favorites.

Innovation Day
Once a month, Innovation Day brings together all the Calabrio offices via live stream. We share financial wins, new colleague introductions, product developments and some drinks and snacks.

Birthday/Anniversary treats
We gather for coffee and some pastries once a month to celebrate our anniversary employees.
At Calabrio you come face to face with world-class agile development
