Event Terms
When you register and/or attend an event or webinar run by Calabrio, Inc. (or its affiliates or suppliers) (“Calabrio” “we” “us” “our”), the following terms apply to you:
Photo + Recording Release
A. I consent and authorize Calabrio to use my likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media (“Photos”) in any and all of its publications, in any medium including print or web-based publications. This includes photos taken at the Calabrio-hosted virtual and in-person functions and events.
B. I irrevocably authorize Calabrio to copy, edit, enhance, crop or otherwise alter any Photo for use in their publications. I also waive any rights for approval or inspection of any Photos.
C. I understand and agree that all Photos are the property of Calabrio, and will not be returned to me.
D. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the Photos.
E. I agree to release and forever discharge Calabrio and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and/or corporate capacities (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature or kind, known or unknown, which I, and anyone claiming on behalf of me, may have or claim to have against the Releasees in connection with this Photo Release or its use of the Photos as contemplated herein.
F. I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Photo Release Form and am freely, knowingly and voluntarily opting in when registering for Calabrio hosted virtual and in-person functions.
Code of Conduct
By registering, you have a responsibility to Calabrio and to your fellow event attendees to adhere to certain rules of behavior and conduct. Generally speaking, we expect each attendee, speaker, and vendor to act in a mature, responsible and ethical way. Calabrio will not tolerate an attendee, speaker or vendor’s inappropriate behavior, rudeness or disorderly conduct while at this Calabrio event. Communication and actions constituting unlawful harassment or bullying will not be tolerated.
Calabrio staff have the sole discretion to address violations of these terms as we determine appropriate.
The views or opinions expressed by any event attendee, speaker, vendor or sponsor are not necessarily the views or opinions of Calabrio. All event attendees, speakers, and sponsors are responsible for their own content. Use of any content that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights, is harassing, misleading, or unlawful is not permitted.
Badges
Attendees are required to wear the official event badge at all times when attending Calabrio events and all affiliated events (including, but not limited to Off-Site Parties and Industry Networking Events). Badges may only be used by the person whose name appears on the badge. It may not be sold or transferred once printed. Calabrio staff reserve the right to deny entrance to activities if a badge is not displayed and to revoke any badge that we determine is being used by someone other than the registrant whose name appears on it. If a badge is revoked for any reason, the purchaser is not entitled to any form of refund or compensation.
In some instances, badges may be scanned in order to enter certain sessions or to access other areas and amenities. Badge holders have the right to deny scanning. Data is used to improve future events, inform future content, and shared with Calabrio sales teams.
Security & Safety
All security concerns should be reported to event staff immediately. Our security team may take whatever measures they deem appropriate without prior notice in order to ensure the safety of attendees. Attendees must comply with the direction of our security team, as well as all applicable rules and regulations of the venues where the event is held.
Schedule & Liability
The published schedule is subject to change without advance notice. Registrations will not be refunded based on changes to the schedule. Admission to sessions is not guaranteed due to capacity limits and availability.

The Terms
The updated terms will become effective and binding on the next business day after they are posted. When terms are changed, the “Last Modified” date above will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent version.
Event Registration
- Any information you enter into our event registration forms must be complete, correct, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may reject your registration if it is not complete, correct, or accurate.
- We may limit event attendance and availability. Please register early.
- You may not register for our events if:
- you will not be 18 years of age by the first day of the event,
- you are the resident of a country embargoed in the U.S. or embargoed in the country where the event is being held,
- your attendance at the event would otherwise be prohibited by applicable export controls and sanctions programs, or
- your attendance at the event would violate applicable ethics or procurement law or rules, or otherwise create a conflict of interest with us.
