Q: What are you most looking forward to for C3 2018 and why?

Ryan:  I love talking to peers about the current issues they are facing in data, analytics and reporting.  I also love talking with the folks at Calabrio about all the innovation and new solutions they are delivering in their next upgrade.

Q: What are you passionate about?

Ryan: I am very passionate about sports statistics and analytics.  Ask me what happened to the mid-range jump shot in NBA basketball? NHL enforcer defensemen or middle linebackers in the NFL?

Q: Why should people attend your session, Speech Analytics Best Practices: An Insurance Case Study? What will they learn?

Ryan: I am going to talk about building a speech analytics program from the ground up.  The presentation is focused on helping those new to speech analytics, building a business case to expand speech analytics in your business and leveraging speech analytics in developing customer sentiment analysis.

Q: The theme of this year’s conference is Amplify the Connection. What’s one song you’d love to hear amplified at the C3 customer appreciation party?

Ryan: I would love to hear anything from Bob Marley, especially “Jamming,” or U2’s “Beautiful Day” or “Desire.”
