  • Day One is designed for CX leaders, such as Heads of Contact Centres and Customer Service Directors. These attendees oversee customer service operations but may not personally use Calabrio’s tools daily. The day will also feature industry awards, celebrating outstanding achievements among Calabrio customers, followed by an evening of networking and celebration.
  • Day Two is tailored for Calabrio users who want a deeper dive into specific topics, including forecasting, analytics-driven quality programs, and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect directly with Calabrio experts in Product, Consulting, and Solution Engineering to tackle key challenges.

Yes! While Customer Connect is primarily designed for Calabrio customers, Day One features thought leadership content that would be valuable for anyone interested in CX trends and innovations.

The dress code is smart casual during the day. However, for the awards ceremony, the dress code is black tie.

The event is completely free! However, attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

We have secured a limited number of rooms at The Lowry for Calabrio attendees on a first-come, firstserved basis at a rate of £219 per night. Once your registration is confirmed, we’ll provide a booking code.
