The Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP) and The Call Center School recently jointly developed and sponsored a new conference in the industry, the Quality Assurance & Training Conference.  The response to the 2207 QATC conference was overwhelming, with over 170 quality assurance and training professionals from around the world attended this exciting new event.  The idea for the Quality Assurance & Training Connection (QATC) came out of the enthusiasm and expressed needs of these conference attendees. 

QATC is a new organization that will launch in January 2008.
