To provide the best possible service for our customers, we periodically sunset older versions of the Calabrio ONE suite.

These products have reached end-of-life:

  • All on-premises versions of Calabrio ONE 9.5 and earlier
  • All on-premises versions of Calabrio ONE 10.4 and earlier
  • All on-premises versions of Teleopti WFM V7

The following applies to all end-of-life versions:

– You won’t be able to add additional seats or add-ons
– You won’t have access to ongoing maintenance and support releases
– No further active development will occur on older releases
– You must upgrade to retain support and maintenance releases
